Disputing the claim by Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia that 80% of Senior High Schools across the country have received free Wifi connections sponsored by the government.
Speaking in an interview on Volta based Denyigba Radio’s Morning Show hosted by Ruben K Benson,
Hon Peter Nortsu-Kotoe, Member of Parliament for Akatsi-North Constituency in the Volta Region threw a stand-strong challenge to Bawumia to publish list of Senior High Schools connected to the Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) as he claims especially Ave-Dakpa Senior High School in his Constituency and pointing out Projects executed by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) which were captured in the government’s delivery tracker like Assembly Hall complex and the Boys’ domitary at Avesco,Atiglime 6-Unit classroom block and many others.”I threw a challenge to Bawuma in Parliament 2 weeks ago to publish the list of Schools and till now , nothing has been done about it”-Hon Peter added.
