Update on the Death of Two Anlo Senior High School Students

Details of death of some two students of the Anlo Senior High School in the Volta Region have been gathered by denyigbaworld.com.

Earlier reports suggest the victims were final year students who died under unforeseen circumstances.

But detailed reports reaching Denyigbaworld.com from the school confirm the death of the two students but indicated, both students (boy and girl) were gold track students, not final years.

Cause of Boy’s Death

The reports further indicated, the boy signed an exeat on Sunday to go to the hospital after he reported of not feeling well.

Reports suggest the boys upon reaching home was further ordered by the mother to go to his aunty.

”He did not go to the hospital until it became critical when he was rushed to the Keta Municipal hospital where he was declared Dead On Arrival.” Reports suggested.

Cause of Girl’s Death

Reports from the school further indicated, the girl was sick on Monday, July 20, 2020, and was sent to the Anloga Clinic as the protocol requires.

A test for malaria was done on her which proved positive of which she was She was treated and discharged.

The deceased student’s parents came and took her home.
Later in the night of Monday, her condition became critical and she was rushed to Aflao Municipal Hospital.

Tests on her showed that her sugar level was high.

Arrangements were being made to transfer her to the Regional Hospital, Ho, when she died around 1 pm on Tuesday 21/7/2020.
