Clean Denyigba Day launched

Saturday the 16th of January, 2021 in the early hours of the day saw management and staff of Denyigba radio 104.7 FM and some friends of Denyigba duly launch the novel Clean Denyigba Day Program .
The program, an initiative of Denyigba radio 104.7fm aims at “ Reviving Communal Labor as a useful tool for health and longevity” and is focused on encouraging the general public to organize themselves in big or small groups to undertake cleaning of their environs be it neighborhoods, workplaces, gutters or streets- every third Saturday of every month all year every year.
Indeed the very first of the program was successful looking at the commitment and joy of participants and the station looks forward to growing public participation as the months go by-according to the Station Chief Executive Mr. Abraham Ahiable. Speaking to reporters at the end of the day’s communal labor, Mr. Ahiable appealed to the general public to take interest in the program and also businesses to join hands and support the initiative in cash and kind so Denyigba sustains the program to promote cleaner healthier environments throughout the Volta Region. He called on local government officials thus Assemblymen, also Chiefs, Church leaders and individuals alike to join-in and help make the program successful.
Organizations that started with support for the initiative include Heritage Water, SMART Multimedia, Afeamede ( A home affairs program that airs between 6:30 and 7:30 on Denyigba radio every Saturday), Hunor Densu Sika Spiritual and Herbal Center, Church of Christ, Hand of God Church of All Nations, Power Mission Church, Dr. Atuguba,Tony Enterprise, Sonoma Limited, Mr. Godwin Nkegbe, Dzodze Connect, Above-One Entertainment, Mama Agbaledzokpui II Foundation and the “Denyigba Dzadzenyenye Campaign” and the doors of Denyigba radio are open for partnerships, sponsorships and general business into the new prosperous new year 2021.
